Terms of Service – Nuvion Solutions 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Nuvion Solutions' services, you agree to these Terms of Service. 2. Description of Services Nuvion Solutions provides automation, AI-caller systems, workflow design, CRM integrations, and related business efficiency services. 3. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate information, maintain necessary access to systems, and use services in compliance with all applicable laws. 4. Service Modifications We may update or improve our services at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance. 5. Payment & Billing All service fees must be paid on time to maintain access to active automations. Late or failed payments may result in service pauses. 6. No Guarantee of Outcomes While we optimize performance, results vary by business and Nuvion Solutions does not guarantee specific revenue, bookings, or lead volumes. 7. Data & Privacy Client data is handled securely and only used to fulfill the services requested. 8. Limitation of Liability We are not responsible for what customers choose to type or disclose, and not liable for medical or legal consequences due to user-provided information. Nuvion Solutions is not responsible for losses arising from service outages, client-side configuration errors, or third-party platform issues. 9. Intellectual Property All workflows, automations, strategies, and proprietary systems developed by Nuvion Solutions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. 10. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Outstanding payments remain due. 11. Support Support is provided according to the client's selected service level or package. Excessive customization or troubleshooting may incur additional fees. 12.
